Notes

  • First Brew in a Bag (BIAB) batch with 19L pots.
  • Water to grain ratio was too high which made mixing difficult. Temperature at the bottom of the pot tended to stay many degrees hotter than the top.
  • No Chill method. Yeast pitched the next day.
